New Computers for Our School!

Liam, Tracy and Sam from Cameco arrived at our school with a gift of computers. Since becoming a Registered Independent School in 2021, Cameco has provided us with computers for our students to use in their daily work.

Students with dyslexia learn differently. Technology helps them to read, spell, write and organize.

Providing our students with this technology has proven instrumental in progressing their literacy and organizational skills.

The computers enable our students with dyslexia to engage in text-to-speech for reading, verify spelling, and effortlessly convert spoken ideas into written text.

Being able to integrate this technology into their daily work not only facilitates organization by storing assignments but also ensures easy access to agendas and calendars, putting valuable resources at our students’ fingertips.
